FAQs

Who Can Stay?

At least one parent or guardian of the birthday child must remain present during the party. While we don’t have space to accommodate all parents, they are welcome to stay in our attached café.

Can We Bring Food?

We set aside 30 minutes at the end of each party for a food and birthday cake. We offer simple food bundles for your group for additional price.

Can We Decorate?

You're welcome to bring a few balloons, but we kindly ask that nothing is stuck or attached to any surfaces. If you'd love to decorate more extensively, you can book an 'out of hours' slot (additional fees apply), where you’ll have the freedom to decorate to your heart’s content!

What Happens if Someone is Ill?

We're happy to accommodate changes to guest numbers up until two weeks before the party. After this time, we’re unable to offer refunds for absentees, but rescheduling may be possible in certain circumstances.

Where Can I Park?

We reserve one designated spot for the main guest or parent of the birthday child to make it easier to carry decorations, cake, and other items. Other guests can find parking on nearby streets, near the promenade, or in the car parks next to the post office and Abbey Square (please note that some areas may have parking charges).
