A calm room for movement and mindfulness!

Our Body&Soul Studio is perfect cozy, light-filled space designed for fitness and wellbeing workshops like Yoga, Pilates, Meditation session, Mini Retreats and much more.
Its intimate and calming atmosphere makes the perfect environment for mindful class, with soft carpet, gentle lighting, and a peaceful vibe.

Our lead instructor, Elaine from Chappie Fit, offers a range of sessions, including Pilates, dumbbell classes, and chair-based movements from Monday to Friday.

The studio is available for hire between her classes and on weekends, making it perfect for pop-up sessions, private workshops, or regular weekly classes.

Chappie Fit Pilates & Gym Class

The Chappie Pilates & Gym Classes are designed to help individuals of all fitness levels improve their overall strength, flexibility, and well-being. These classes focus on enhancing muscle strength and endurance, bone density, joint health, posture, and mental health, making them ideal for anyone looking to build a stronger, more balanced body.

The Dumbbells Classes are aimed at women of all ages with weights ranging from 1kg to 5kg, learning how to lift weights correctly, and build strength and stamina.

The Mat Pilates classes offer a full body workout and cater to different experience levels, allowing participants to progress at their own pace, all equipment provided utilising Pilates mini ball, Pilates ring, Foam rollers, Resistance bands and Yoga blocks and Pilates Mats.

The Chair Exercise Pilates Class offers a low-impact, accessible workout, perfect for those with mobility concerns. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, these sessions provide a supportive and effective way to boost both physical and mental health.

Kula Yoga with Vanessa

New Tuesday Yoga Classes coming to our studio!

Meet Vanessa Mc Shane - Kula Yoga with Vanessa, an Embodied Yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and Co-creator of @theheartspace_gorey , who will be now setting up yoga class in Y21 studios on TUESDAYS evenings from 7 - 8.30 pm.

Vanessa is Social Care Worker and yoga teacher living in Gorey, Co. Wexford. Her studies have included a Higher Degree in Professional Social Care and a Post Graduate in Health & Wellness coaching.
Vanessa has completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher & Meditation Training with @arunayogaacademy in June 2024 and continued her studies with Aruna 300hrs advanced Yoga Teacher Training in September 2024.
She have also completed 50 hours of CPD, Specialist in Restorative Yoga, incorporating Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
