Creative Grounds Cafe
Newly renovated café space is here — and it’s more than just a place to grab a coffee! Enjoy our cozy chill zone, outdoor seating, kids’ corner, and baby-changing facilities, all designed with comfort in mind.
Our space also works great for community meet-ups, group gatherings, and exhibitions — and yes, it’s accessible with plenty of parking nearby.
We proudly serve Wexford Coffee Roasters’ Colombian blend, loved by many for a reason!

Creative Studio
Our Creative Studio is a place where imagination comes to life! Our art dedicated room is cozy and welcoming space with bright lighting, two large tables (with wheels for easy movement) & sink on the side. It’s the perfect creative space, that suits any creative need.
We offer art classes, craft workshops, creative parties and other events for kids, teens & adults. Including all varieties of styles, tools & techniques.
This space is also available for hire for any class, workshop or art meet-ups.

Body & Soul Studio
A calm corner for movement and mindfulness.
Tucked within Y21 Studios, our Body & Soul Studio is a cosy, airy and light-filled space designed and dedicated for fitness & wellbeing. Suits any small group session for pilates, yoga, meditation and other movement workshop.
With soft carpet underfoot and beautiful natural light streaming in, it's a peaceful place to recharge, stretch, and connect - whether you're leading a session or joining one.

Kid's Corner
A little space for big imaginations.
Our Kids’ Corner is a cosy, creative nook tucked into the café - perfect for little ones to play, read, and explore while grown-ups relax with a coffee. With a chalkboard wall, magnetic board, beanbags, books, and toys, it’s a safe and inspiring space where kids can unwind and get creative.
Events
In addition to our regular classes, Y21 Studios hosts a variety of public and private events designed to bring people together in a fun and social setting.
Every few weeks, we announce events such as popular "Sip&Paint" sessions, where participants enjoy a creative painting experience while sipping their favourite drinks. We also offer private event rentals for special occasions like Kids Birthday Art Parties, Baby Showers, Hen Parties, and more.

Room hire
Y21 Studios offers the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to run their own classes with flexible room hires.
We provide a variety of rooms, ideal for smaller gatherings, one-to-one sessions and bigger classes. For those renting regularly, we also offer secure storage solutions, allowing you to keep your equipment and materials on-site instead of transporting them each time.
With a welcoming environment and practical amenities, Y21 Studios makes it easy to host successful and fun classes.
